What Youll Build

• Design and scale the core technology behind The Flex powering instant bookings, intelligent access, automated workflows, and predictive operations.
• Work across frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure, transforming complex operational challenges into elegant, scalable systems.
• Create leverage, unlock automation, and architect the foundation of tomorrows intelligent rental ecosystem.

Your Mission

• Build fast, reliable, and scalable applications that power bookings, payments, availability, and guest experience.
• Automate at scale design microservices and AI?driven workflows that replace manual tasks across the business.
• Connect the ecosystem architect high?impact integrations between Base360.ai and partners such as Airbnb, Stripe, Hostaway, and Twilio.
• Launch & iterate fast deploy and manage serverless infrastructure (AWS) with a relentless focus on speed, reliability, and global scale.
• Solve hard problems tackle real?time booking sync, pricing intelligence, keyless access logic, AI?powered alerts, and live operational dashboards.
• Build with the team collaborate closely with product, data, and operations to turn automation ideas into real?world impact.

You're a Great Fit If You Have

• Strong experience with Node.js, React, and AWS (serverless).
• A deep understanding of API?first architectures and distributed systems.
• Experience with Python/FastAPI for scripting, automation, or data services (bonus).
• A track record of building clean, scalable, production?ready systems.
• Curiosity about automation, AI?driven operations, and property technology.
• A bias toward execution you ship fast, learn quickly, and enjoy solving complex problems.
